Norwood Park wedding

Rebecca + Tom

After many postponements due to COVID restrictions, Rebecca and Tom finally married on a hot day in July, 2022. I can safely say it was definitely worth the wait! Their stunning Norwood Park wedding was a day to remember.

The preparations took place at the newly renovated bridal room – a bright space, perfect for those wedding morning moments. Tom got ready at Norwood Park, too, which meant that I was able to capture his final preparation moments before he headed out to greet arriving guests.

Rebecca and Tom chose to have an outdoor ceremony, with the most beautiful flower arch created by Sophie’s Flower Co, framing the bandstand. All of the floral arrangements were eye-catching, with soft pink hues and whites, perfectly complimenting the Norwood Park surroundings.

Norwood Park wedding venue

Norwood Park is a country house and wedding venue located in Southwell, Nottinghamshire, England. The house dates back to the 18th century and features Georgian architecture with Victorian additions.

The house has been beautifully restored and is now a luxurious wedding and events venue. It features several reception rooms, including a ballroom, a drawing room, and a library, which can accommodate up to 200 guests. The rooms are beautifully decorated with period features and antique furniture. The house also provides 14 individually designed guest rooms, each with its own unique character and charm, meaning that your guest accommodation is taken care of.

The grounds of Norwood Park are equally impressive, with 160 acres of landscaped gardens, parkland, and woodland. The gardens provide a beautiful backdrop for outdoor weddings, and those all important couple portraits!

Norwood Park is a stunning venue with a rich history and beautiful surroundings. It offers a range of services to ensure that every event is memorable and unique, and its convenient location in Southwell makes it easily accessible from Nottingham and other nearby cities.

Here’s what the couple had to say:

“Anna is amazing. From the outset she was the photographer we wanted as we loved her style and the quality of her finished product. We absolutely love the photos of our day and the intimate moments she captured, as well as her accommodation of some of our quirkier requests (like getting into a stream for a photo!). Thanks again Anna and all the best!”
